Knowledge Management

Knowledge Management Process Every company has its strengths and weaknesses. Whether the company is a start-up or an established company. Over time, an immense amount of knowledge accumulates. Knowledge can be explicitly available in written form in the form of policies, processes, or knowledge bases. However, knowledge can also be implicitly present in the form of experiences, learning curves and learning by doing. The latter helps to keep the company up and on the positive trend. Knowledge should not be a knowledge of domination, which is intended only for one and used for power purposes. A lively exchange of knowledge, social meetups and communities of practice helps to keep and develop the knowledge in your company. Knowledge communities help to identify, acquire, develop, (share), use and preserve knowledge. In a VUCA world (volatility, uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity), it is all the more important to keep the useful knowledge in the company. Knowledge can and must also be forgotten if it does not serve the purpose of the company and further development.

For knowledge to be generated, data is needed for the time being, which is defined as encoded observations and can occur as numbers, texts and images. Data is produced and therefore not objective. Data can be used to generate information generated by problem-oriented selection of the data. Information is systemic. Now knowledge emerges, which results from the incorporation of information into contexts of experience for problem solving. A very important point here is the exchange of knowledge, so that knowledge within the company, division or department can also be preserved and can even be learned from the future (to learn that we can deal with previously unknown, future ones). Intelligent organizations get their knowledge. They have intelligent structures, intelligent processes and intelligent rules. Individuals as well as organizations have their own complexity, their own inner life, semantics or their structures.

We are happy to help you turn your organization into an intelligent organization. Through a wide range of scientifically proven methods and technical means, we would like to provide you with the information that strengthens, establishes and develops your company.
